The shipments are carried out through the Hongkong Post to your local post office. All the shipments are posted with registration (tracking numbers: RAxxxxxxxxHK or RBxxxxxxxxHK), the online tracking facilities are available on the websites of Hongkong Post and most of the international postoffices. The maximum weight allowed for air packet is 2KG, and size restriction to maximum 60cm long and 90cm volume. It usually takes around 10 to 20 days for the shipment to arrive to your door depends on your location. Air Parcel (Airmail):

LOW price with insurance if needed, average 7-15 days.

Similar to the small packet, AirParcel shipments are carried out through the Hongkong Post to your local post office. Though AirParcel shipments (tracking numbers: CPxxxxxxxxHK) have no registration, there are online tracking facilities available on the websites of Hongkong Post and most of the international postoffices. EMS SpeedPost:

Fast, Medium price and safe, average 3-6 days.

This express mail delivery service is provided by the Hongkong Post, the SpeedPost shipments will be sent overnight by air cargo to the destination countries and carry to you via the local postoffices and couriers. Your orders usually take only around 3 to 6 days to reach your door safely. Online tracking facilities (tracking numbers: EExxxxxxxxHK) are available on the websites of Hongkong Post and most of the international postoffices. If it is proved to be factory defect or damage via postal, please contact us at within 3 days after the item(s) arrived and we will take appropriate actions to tackle the problem including sending it back to the factory for warranty repair.
